INSTALLATION SERVEICE
On the premise of ensuring safety, we will simplify the installation process in indoor playground, trampoline park and family entertainment centers for saving costs for our customers. We have two installation ways. The first way is that our company send engineers to the customer's site for installation. The second way is when the customers want to install the products by themselves, we will send the 3D installation diagram to them, and arrange our professional technical engineering supervisor to guide the customer and their workers the installation online until all products are fully installed. For the projects that are over 150 square meters and 4 meters height, it is recommended that let our professional technical engineers to go to the venue for installation to ensure a perfect landing effect and safety.
INSTALLATIION TECHNICAL GUIDANCE OF INDOOR PLAYGROUNDS
A) Before installation: Preparing the necessary tools
- The cutter: cut the post and steel sheet. Make sure the cutter is able to cut the galvanized pipe with thickness between 1.5-2.0mm.
- The driller: you should buy the driller and also the pin in it. The pin is #8mm & 10mm, This is used to drill the holes in the tubes and plastic parts for the screws.
- Spanner: to fix the screw, the inside diameter is 14mm &17mm, the factory has provided it.
- A knife: to cut the padding.
B) Installation Steps
Step1: Read the frame plan and set up the steel frame
1. First of all, please read the frame plan as per attached, and set up the frame one by one
1.1 Get the first upright post and put the clamps into the post according to the plan, and put them in the corner. Insert the connecting pipe(the standard 1.19m pipe) to the post with clamps, and fixed with screws by tool.
If the land shall be with base plate, you shall put the foot base at the end of upright post in advance.
1.2 Carry another upright post, and insert the connecting pipe to the upright post according to the drawing, and tight with screws by tool.
In order to make sure safety, tight the clamps on the upright post slightly.
1.3 Install the rest frame in the same way
we may have cut some or all the steel pipe into different length in factory already so what you have to do is distinguish the different length of pipe one by one, usually, same length of pipe is packed together, you can measure it and put them same pipes at one side. And you shall find the right length according to the frame plan. If there is no right length steel pipe, you shall use the cutting machine to cut the pipe by yourself.

Step4: Install the post cover.
Once finish the net, we start to install the post cover. Cut the post cover through the seam with knife, be careful not to cut another side or cut your hand. Put the cover to the post and cut the places when it's necessary, and you should cut the inside foam to fix it on the clamps, so it will seems nice and neat. Tight the cover with zip, don't reveal the pipe, and there should be zips on each side of clamps. Don't make the zip too tight, cut the extra part once fixed. Cover the connecting pipes in the same way, but cut it in different part. When there's net, the end of net should be inside, otherwise it's not safe nor neatly.
Step5: Cover the ground with floor mat
Step6: Install the platform
Put the platform on the posts. Now there are 2 pipes under the square platform, 1 pipe under the Triangle platform.
Firstly, disassemble the fastener from the platform, put them one the pipes, adjust the platform, and then assemble the fastener to the platform again. Then use the foam to cover the posts under the platform.
Warm Tips: After everything fixed, please check all screws should be covered with plastic caps to make sure s it's safe.
